Authorities in Peachtree Corners are investigating a reported death at Jones Bridge Park after emergency crews responded to the area Tuesday and discovered an unresponsive individual inside the popular riverside park.

According to preliminary information released by local officials, police and emergency medical personnel were dispatched to the park following reports concerning a person who was found unresponsive. Responding officers secured portions of the area while medical teams assessed the individual. Authorities later confirmed that the person was pronounced deceased at the scene.
